About how many transactions do you have per month?
An estimate is fine. If your books are messy or you’re unsure, choose your best guess. Transaction volume is reviewed and confirmed on the pricing page.
How many months of bookkeeping are currently behind?
Cleanup work is limited to the current tax year forward. We do not review, correct, or take responsibility for prior years. Businesses with older or incomplete records may still be accepted, provided this scope is understood.
Do you collect sales tax?
We support sales tax reporting in up to three jurisdictions as part of our standard services. Businesses with sales tax obligations in more than three jurisdictions are not a fit for our standard service model.
Do you have payroll for your business?
Payroll is typically handled through a third-party payroll provider. We coordinate and ensure payroll is recorded correctly in your books, while payroll approval and compliance remain with you or your provider. Our standard services support businesses with payroll for up to three employees or contractors.
Which bookkeeping software do you currently use (if any)?
We primarily work with QuickBooks. If you use another system or are just getting started, we’ll review your setup and confirm next steps before moving forward.
